Reykjavík runs almost 70 preschools. You can apply for the preschool that best suits you and your child. It doesn't have to be the preschool closest to your home.
Preschool application
Apply for a place in municipal preschools online through Vala. If you want to apply for a private preschool, you do so directly with the school.
