This education is a key action for achieving the goals of the Welfare Policy and changing the service culture of the Department. The education supports four general objectives of the Welfare Policy:

Torgid, the City's eLearning system, opened at the Department of Welfare in June 2023. Implementation is ongoing, and many employees have already used Torgið. It includes education on cultural sensitivity and services.
