Description of the action and objectives
Green Deal action
Cooperate with the University of Iceland's School of Education to establish an Education Innovation Lab at the University's Science Gardens. Emphasis on STEAM subjects (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). Ensure collaboration with the University's Science Center, primary school innovation competitions, and Lego competitions in Iceland.

Action completed. The board of the Innovation Center started in fall 2022. The website of the Innovation Center has been launched at https://nyskopunarstofa.hi.is/is/innovation-centre-education. The Center hosted an event during Innovation Week with participation from domestic and international experts. Started strategic implementation and removed from the action plan of the Green Deal.
