Career counselors at Hitt Húsið specialize in assisting the youth with job searching and strengthening their position in the job market. Peer educators discuss and educate other young people about life and existence, and group activities are offered for youth who want to socialize with their peers.

At Hitt Húsið, career counselors are available, and you can schedule a time for free career counseling either in-person at Hitt Húsið or online.
Youth on the unemployment register can also attend the job search classes Vitamin and University Vitamin.

Hitt Húsið offers group activities for young people ages 16–25.
These activities are intended for all young people who want to meet others, including those who have felt isolated at school or in other social situations.
The aim is to create a healthy foundation for recreation and entertainment.
Peer Education Center
Peer education consists of young people aged 16-20 who discuss with other youth issues such as self-esteem, sexuality, mental health, substance use, and more. The philosophy is that youth can connect with other youth in a way that others cannot.
