About the Park
The Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo includes a zoo, concessions, gift shop and various playground equipment. The park is open daily from 10am to 6pm in summer and from 10am to 5pm in winter. Staffed playground equipment operates during summer.
Summer hours run from June 1 through Aug. 31.
Winter hours run from Sept. 1 through May 31.
Admission fees: Ages 0-5 free, ages 6-12 1,170 kr., ages 13 and older 1,700 kr., free for senior and disability pension recipients with valid ID.
Information about the summer animal courses and educational activities for preschool and primary schools is available via e-mail at namskeid@husdyragardur.is.
Reykjavík City preschools and primary schools can attend the park, and available courses, for free during school hours.
