About the Online Center

Online Center:

  • handles initial inquiries and service requests from residents in need of welfare service.
    • most applications or requests received electronically are processed by the Center's staff, but those that aren't are forwarded to the appropriate Center in residents' districts.
    • Staff at the center handle phone calls for all centers
  • Collaborates with the Department of Welfare and the Department of Service & Innovation to improve welfare services. In improvement efforts, particular focus is placed on digital solutions to meet residents' needs and increase quality and efficiency.
  • works on integrating welfare technology into the City's welfare service.
