Green Deal action
We plan to map extreme sports facilities in the city and then create a policy framework and an action plan to improve facilities and better meet the needs of the city's diverse extreme sports community.
Implementation period
Planned completion in the second half of 2025
Status report on July 1, 2025
We're working with ÍBR to map sports club facilities throughout the city, including extreme sports clubs. This work is still in progress, but we have also begun talks with USK's open spaces office about the development of cycling and skateboarding areas in public spaces throughout the city.
