What homes are available?

The City of Reykjavík operates two homes where the children are supported and cared for in a residential environment.

  • Móvað is a home for chronically ill and multi-disabled children in need of comprehensive care and care around the clock.
  • Þingvað is a home for disabled children with complex impairments who need comprehensive care and care around the clock.
