Háteigsvegur 44

Stakeholder Presentation

At the Planning Officer's office meeting on May 25, 2023, a proposal was submitted to divide the property into two units, enlarge the entrance hall, create a separate entrance to the upper floor, install new windows on the north side and renew other windows, account for an unauthorized addition above the second-floor balcony, and change the interior layout of the house at Háteigsvegur 44, according to drawings by Úti og inni Architects, dated March 29, 2023.

According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:

Property owners at Háteigsvegur 42 and 46, Flókagata 57, 59 and 61, and Háteigskirkja Church.

Tenants of properties on the above-mentioned lots are also considered stakeholders. Property owners should inform tenants about the proposal.

The presentation begins July 4, 2023. Submit comments on the proposal in writing to the Planning Officer or to skipulag@reykjavik.is by August 1, 2023.
