Vallá

At the Environment and Planning Council meeting on February 15, 2023, and the Reykjavík City Executive Council meeting on March 2, 2023, it was approved to advertise a proposal to change the land-use plan for Vallá in Kjalarnes. The proposed change involves increasing the number of spaces for birds in the houses in accordance with poultry welfare requirements. The Department of Environment & Planning uses personal data provided in planning comments, such as ID numbers, names, and email addresses, to process comments and identify residents. After the announcement period, documents are kept for 30 years before transfer to the National Archives of Iceland under Act No. 77/2014 on Public Archives.
