Green Deal action
Every year, the Department of Culture & Tourism releases an operational plan outlining the projects to focus on annually. The operational plan can be found on the Reykjavík City website.

Status report on July 1, 2022
Over the past years, the activities of the Department of Culture & Tourism have been characterized by the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Traditional operations and cultural projects resumed at the beginning of this year and are progressing according to operational plan and budget.

A nutritionist held informative lectures at all community centers in the spring of 2022. Additionally, the Director of Health's Public Health Fund provided support for further education and dissemination of the results of the recent nutritional intervention by a nutrition doctoral student.
