Area 1: Street construction and utility installation are well underway, with completion scheduled for June
2026. Housing development is in full swing. Development at Krossamýrartorg is in preparation.
Area 2: The land-use plan for the first part of the area is complete.
The land-use plan for other parts of area 2 is expected for winter 2025/2026.
Area 6: Land-use planning continues, and the area will be planned in phases.
Area 7: Land-use planning for the first phase of the area is nearing completion, and the next phase is in preparation.
