The Property Office manages the ownership responsibilities on behalf of Reykjavík City's Real Estate Fund, one of the largest property funds in the country with over 400 properties. This fund oversees the operations, maintenance, purchase, and sale of the City's assets. Additionally, the Office manages lands, plots, transportation infrastructure, and other real estate assets. 

The Office aims to maintain meticulous property management in close collaboration with institutions and other relevant parties, always focusing on the well-being of the city's residents.
