Description of the action and objectives
Green Deal action
All cultural institutions of the City are expected to receive Rainbow Certification by the end of 2022. The Reykjavík City Museum and Reykjavík Art Museum have received the Rainbow Certification as the Reykjavík City Library did earlier.
Implementation period
Planned completion in the second half of 2022
Status report on January 1, 2024
Action completed. All cultural institutions under the purview of the Department of Culture & Sports have received Rainbow Certification, and the Department is very proud on behalf of its institutions. Continuing education for staff and ongoing work related to the Rainbow Certification will continue.
