Related news can be published in four different ways:

• Manually select news items by typing a headline and choosing from the dropdown list
• Display all news tagged with a specific category, such as "Transportation"
• Display all news tagged with a specific neighborhood, such as "City Center"
• Display all news associated with a specific news tag, such as "Winter Maintenance Services"
