About Ingunnarskóli

Ingunnarskóli is a comprehensive primary school for students in grades 1-10. The school is situated in a new neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, a perfectly pleasant setting surrounded by nature, which is infused in our daily activities and play. Outdoor teaching is incorporated across all subjects. The school participates in the Green Flag project, which emphasizes responsible behavior towards the environment, inside and outside of the school. The motto of Ingunnarskóli is respect- responsibility- kindness

The Stjörnuland after-school program is for children in grades 1 to 4 in Ingunnarskóli and the Fókus youth center offers a variety of fun activities for children and adolescents.
