Emergency shelters
Reykjavík City operates three emergency shelters for disabled people with complex service needs. They are open every day from 5pm to 10am the next day. Dinner and breakfast are provided and the VoR Team and emergency shelters’ teams offer services and support. Each emergency shelter has accommodations for a fixed number of people.

Rótin—a society for women, trauma, and intoxicants—operates Konukot on the basis of a service agreement with the Reykjavík City Welfare Department.
