Consent

Obtain approval from the Building Commissioner on whether an appendix can be added to a registered declaration of property division.

Appendix

• Address (name and number)
• Municipality
• Property number
• Unit number (buildings are generally registered as one unit)

Registration number of the property division declaration to which the appendix is attached.

Why is the appendix being made?

If the ownership of spaces is being changed, a transfer of ownership must also be registered.

Confirmation

Name and identification number of the author.

Provide for the following signatures, if applicable:

• Signature of the recorded holder of title and the contract purchaser
• Signature for the entire building
• Signature of the Building Commissioner
• Signature of the housing association

Attachments

• Approved master plans (endorsed/stamped along with approved registration table) (summary sheet from table)
• Percentage numbers from the worksheet, if applicable
