The Office of Construction and Maintenance requires specific attachments with submitted invoices. The Office issues special progress and booking forms for designers/consultants and project supervision to complete.

Role of consultants/designers

  • Complete progress and booking forms according to contract amount and include with invoice for payment
    • Monitor that consulting work costs align with contract amount
    • Progress form shows contract amount/agreed hours, hours worked, and percentage status
  • Booking form includes completion instructions

Role of project supervision/contractors

  • Monitor costs closely at all project stages
  • Complete and approve/sign planned progress and booking forms with contractor, to be submitted with invoice for payment
    • Progress form shows contract amount, payment per work phase, and percentage status
    • Booking form indicates which codes and work order numbers to use in City of Reykjavík accounting
  • Manage work and supervision cost allocation from project start with joint clients
  • Complete and approve additional work reports and invoices
