Lights Trail
The Winter Lights Festival's lights trail will play a key role, but it is a walking path from Hallgrímskirkja down Skólavörðustígur and further down to Austurvöllur, which is guarded with light artworks.
There will be a record number of light artworks at the Winter Lights Festival this year, but a total of 23 light artworks creatively illuminate the short day and form a pleasant walking path.
Experience outdoor art with your loved ones at your own pace.
Light artwork and related events will be running every evening during the festival from 6:30–10:30 pm.
