- Checklist of things to keep in mind when using telephone interpretation.
- The alphabet in English. It may often be necessary to spell names for interpreters, and here is the alphabet in English and also words used to further identify the letter, e.g. B [bee] like in banana.
- English phrases, common phrases in conversation related to domestic violence.
- Glossaries, lists in Icelandic/English, English/Icelandic, Icelandic/Polish, and Polish/Icelandic of words and terms related to domestic violence.
- Teaching slides on interpretation with special emphasis on telephone interpretation.
- A video showing how telephone interpretation can be done. The video is played and show a social worker interviewing the victim, but the call was real.
