Reset multi-factor authentication (MFA) when moving from iPhone to Android
Before starting, check the following on your old iPhone:
- Ensure the device has enough battery charge.
- Ensure you can unlock the device's screen.
- Ensure the phone is connected to WiFi.
On the new Android device
1.
Turn on the device, select "Start" and connect to Wi-Fi.

Choose to copy data from another device.
If asked about a cable, select "No cable" > OK.
Select "Using an iPhone device".
Follow on-screen instructions to copy data.
After copying, check photos and messages on the new device to ensure all data transferred successfully.
This can take a long time depending on the amount of data to transfer, including photos, videos and apps.
