If "Referenced Content" is selected, simply type the page name in the "Content Reference" field, select the correct page from the dropdown, and save. The introductory text and illustration from the selected page will then appear.

"Manual Content," on the other hand, must be entered manually — add the text and select an illustration from the backend.

Commercial activity in residential areas

The neighborhood plan expands permissions for light commercial activity in residential areas. This is believed to promote the more efficient use of infrastructure and more sustainable neighborhoods with diverse services within walking distance. This type of activity is also seen as strengthening public life, increasing foot and bicycle traffic, growing employment opportunities, and fostering innovation.

However, polluting activities that require an operating permit from the Environment Agency or the public health authority are not allowed within residential areas. This applies to activities in both commercial and residential properties. Designated retail, service, and central zones within neighborhoods allow for a wider range of commercial activity.
