The site of Hljómalind is not just a hotel; 26 apartments for the general market were built there, and the project is almost complete.
Kristján Sveinlaugsson from the construction company Þingvangur is pleased with the outcome and says the process was very educational.
New apartments in Mörkin
In Mörkin at Suðurlandsbraut, Grund is building new rental apartments for people 60 and older.
