Article 2

Entry into force

  • This schedule of fees is established on the basis of Article 20 of Act No 125/1999 on the Affairs of the Elderly, cf. point (4) of of Article 13 of the same Act, point (2) of Article 13 of the above-mentioned Act and Article 40 of the Act on Municipal Social Services, No 40/1991.
  • This tariff enters into force on January 1, 2025, superseding the previously applicable tariff.
