Article 2.
Fee reduction.
Applicants whose income is at or below the Social Insurance Administration's cost-of-living index may apply for a reduced lunch fee.
Article 3.
Entry into force.
This fee schedule was approved at a Welfare Council meeting on Aug. 13, 2026, and at a City Executive Council meeting on Aug. 20, 2026. It is established under Article 20 of the Act on Affairs of the Elderly, No. 125/1999, cf. items 2 and 4 of Article 13 of the same act, and Article 40 of the Municipalities' Social Services Act, No. 40/1991.
This tariff enters into force on Sept. 1, 2026, superseding the previously applicable tariff.
