Web analytics tool testing

This page is open to everyone but is only useful for city staff testing web analytics tools. Can the system detect, for example, that I just used an abbreviation that doesn't match the style guide? What about this speling error? 

Note that the accompanying illustration has alt text (a text description); does the system recognize these as words? Screen readers should therefore be able to read the description of the illustration.
