Article 2. - Entry into force
This schedule of fees is set on the basis of Article 20 of Act No 125/1999 on the Affairs of the Elderly, cf. Article 13(4) of the same Act.
This tariff enters into force on January 1, 2026, superseding the previously applicable tariff.
