Article 2 - Entry into force
This fee schedule is based on Article 20 of Act No 125/1999 on the Affairs of the Elderly, cf. Article 13(4) of the same Act.
This fee schedule becomes effective on January 1, 2023 and replaces any previously applicable fee schedule.
