Build your card and choose what works for you. The Reykjavík Card gives you access to the best the city has to offer. You choose what goes on the card and can store everything on your phone: a swim pass, a Culture Card, the geothermal beach at Nauthólsvík, the Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo or fitness access at Klébergslaug. The choice is yours!
You can apply for the card in person at your nearest Reykjavík swimming pool, a city museum, the Reykjavík Art Museum, the Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo or the geothermal beach.
New fee schedule
The new card is now available. We also want to highlight a new fee schedule taking effect May 5. Once it takes effect, annual fees for Reykjavík's swimming pools, the geothermal beach and the Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo will be lower. We are also introducing affordable new subscription options to make regular use more accessible.

Want to add a little culture to your card? The Culture Card gives you access to the city's vibrant cultural scene.

Is there a fee to switch from a physical card to a digital one?
No. Switching from a physical card to a digital one is free. Your existing subscriptions will carry over.
Will I get a refund for my physical card?
No. The physical card is non-refundable when switching to a digital card.
Can I have both a physical and a digital card?
No. Once you add the card to your phone, your physical card will stop working.
How do I add the card to my phone?
You can apply for the card in person at your nearest Reykjavík swimming pool, a city museum, the Reykjavík Art Museum, the Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo or the geothermal beach.
Can I keep using my physical card?
Yes. You can choose whatever works best for you. Physical cards will remain available for those who prefer them. Just keep in mind that you cannot have both a physical and a digital card at the same time.
