The Summer City buzzes with life. Artists, designers, DJs, and musicians team up to offer special events all summer in the city center. People can dance, walk, care for the environment, learn, enjoy, and have fun.

Summer City aims to boost daily life and culture, supporting businesses, shops, restaurants, and other services in Reykjavík's city center during summer.

The city center offers the highest concentration of restaurants, shops, culture, and other services in Iceland. Many exciting activities are planned for the project this summer.

27 projects by artists, business owners, and event organizers received grants from the Summer City event fund. Nearly 100 free events are scheduled for city center visitors throughout the summer.
