Reykjavík City Beautification Awards 2024
You can now submit nominations and suggestions for the 2024 awards.
Each year, Reykjavík City recognizes well-executed renovations of older houses and exemplary grounds of services, institutions, and multi-family dwellings.
Awards are also given for well-designed and used outdoor areas of commercial and service properties during the summer.
Seeking suggestions
We are seeking suggestions for houses and plots deserving of a beautification award this year. Selection will be made by a working group including officers from the Department of Environment & Planning and the City Museum.
Send suggestions via email marked: “Fegrunarviðurkenningar 2024” (2024 Beautification Awards) to skipulag@reykjavik.is by June 30, 2024.
