Residents of Suðurnes get free entry into all swimming pools in Reykjavík

The city of Reykjavík invites the residents of Suðurnes to the city's swimming pools every day until hot water has reached their home areas.

If you are cold and want to warm up in the tubs, take a shower or play in the pools, you are welcome, just let the receptionist know you are from Suðurnes.

Most of the pools are open until 10 p.m., but opening times, locations and more can be found here
