Process Step
Process Step is used to walk users through a process one step at a time.
A "Step" component must be added for each step in the process. Links can be embedded in the text, and a highlighted text block can be added at the bottom of the process.
Step by Step
Turn on the new iPhone and follow on-screen instructions until you reach the "Apps & Data" screen
Select "Move Data from Android".
On the old Android device, go to Google Play Store and install the "Move to iOS" app.
Open the "Move to iOS" app. Select "Continue" on both devices.
Enter the 6-digit code shown on the new iPhone into the old Android device.
After entering the code, the old device will connect to the new one and determine which data to transfer - Select "Continue".
Select "Done" when the transfer is complete. The copying process may take considerable time depending on the amount of data being transferred.
Switch to the new iPhone and select "Continue Setting Up iPhone" to finish the setup.
The Consultation Process
Step 1
An open consultation process took place on the Better Reykjavík web site from February 2020 to June 2021. There, anyone who wanted to could put in their ideas about democracy and participation.
Step 2
A consultancy company held focus groups with randomly selected Reykjavík residents to discuss democracy issues. Summary of focus group discussions.
Step 3
Reykjavík City held administrative workshops to prepare the drafting of the policy. Summary of workshops.
Step 4
An open electronic meeting, Democratic Convention, (I. “Stefnumót við lýðræðið”) was held on November 25, 2020 on the future of democracy in the City of Reykjavík. All were welcome and the meeting was thoroughly promoted. All information materials and registration forms for the meeting were available in three languages, and people had access to an interpreter. Processing tobacco sales permits
Application received
Operators submit applications through Reykjavík City's online portal.
Application processed
The application is submitted to a public health authority Permit Review Meeting for approval. Permit Review Meetings are held weekly on Thursdays.
Response sent
Reykjavík Public Health sends a notification of approval along with an invoice for the permit. The tobacco sales permit takes effect after payment. The permit letter is then sent to the licensee. Selling tobacco is prohibited until the permit takes effect.
