The Children's Culture Festival's Adventure Palace will be held the weekend of April 25 and 26th

The Adventure Palace has historically rotated among neighborhoods throughout the city, and in 2026 it will be held at Reykjavík City Library Gerðuberg in Breiðholt. The event promises plenty of fun and excitement, and admission is free. 

A diverse program for children and their immediate family will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. 

Gerðuberg is easily accessible by public transportation, with buses 3, 4, 12 and 17 stopping nearest to the cultural center. The bus stop is called FB. 

Bike and walking paths lead to Gerðuberg from all directions, and bike racks are located at the Gerðuberg entrance. 

Parking at Gerðuberg is free. 

Fully accessible to all visitors.
