Skjól Nursing Home, Representative Council
The organizational charter for Skjól Nursing Home was originally confirmed by the Minister of Justice on July 11, 1986.
The role of a representative council is to: monitor the institution's operation and act as a liaison between its board and founders, elect the board and auditors of the institution, and establish necessary regulations for the institution.
The representative council is composed of three individuals from each founder for a four-year term and two alternates. The representative council elects the nursing home's board.
