Lindargata 50

Neighbourhood introduction to local planning

At the Planning Officer's administrative meeting on February 16, 2023, officials presented a proposal to change the Skúlagata area land-use plan for Lindargata 50. The proposed change allows raising part of the roof on building part 03 (back house) and connecting it to the eastern side of the roof on building part 2 to create a display greenhouse on the roof of section 3, and install an open staircase in the easternmost courtyard as an escape route from the assembly hall on the second floor, according to the land-use plan and explanatory drawing by VA Architects, dated. January 09, 2023.

According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:

To property owners at Frakkastígur 5, Hverfisgata 63, 65, 65a and 67, and Lindargata 52 and 54.

Tenants of properties on the above-mentioned lots are also considered stakeholders. Property owners should inform tenants about the proposal.
