Brú Pension Fund, Board
The Resolution for the Reykjavík City Employee Pension Fund was confirmed by the Ministry of Finance on March 4, 2002.
The Fund's Board consists of three representatives from Reykjavík City appointed by the City Executive Council, one of whom is the chair, and two fund members appointed for four years by Sameyki (formerly the Reykjavík City Employees' Union), one of whom is the vice-chair. An equal number of alternates are appointed by the City Executive Council and Sameyki in the same manner. The Pension Fund is located at Vegmúli 2.
The City Executive Council elected the board on June 23, 2022. Chair is Heiða Björg Hilmisdóttir.
