The West Nordic Capital Fund – Applications are wanted for 2024
Applications for grants from the West Nordic Capital Fund for 2024 are being announced.
The mission of the fund is to promote cooperation and understanding between politicians and residents in Reykjavík, Tórshavn and Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq (Nuuk).
Grants are awarded to projects that promote communication between the three capitals and strengthen their relationship in some way, e.g. in the field of culture, education or sports.
The application must describe the planned projects in detail, their arrangement, timing and costs.
Applications should be sent to the email address radhus@reykjavik.is.
Application forms can be found on the City of Reykjavík website for the West Nordic Capital Fund.
Applications will be received no later than Monday, April 1, 2024, and applications that may be received later will not be processed.
Information is provided at the office of the mayor and city secretary, Reykjavík City Hall, s. 411 4500.
The fund's board will decide on the allocation at its annual meeting in May 2024.
