Apply for a pedestrian street permit on My Pages
If you live or work at a property where the only access to a rear parking space is via a pedestrian street, you may apply for a pedestrian street permit. The parking space must conform to approved planning.
We issue one permit per parking space. The permit must be visibly displayed in the vehicle before driving on a pedestrian street. Residents can apply for a pedestrian street permit through Reykjavík City's My Pages.
