Project transfers to the National Archives
Effective Jan. 1, 2024, the following responsibilities transferred to the National Archives of Iceland:
- Paper archive deliveries
- Electronic data deliveries
- Electronic archival services
- Oversight and consultation
By Nov. 1, 2026, the transition will be complete and all operations will have moved to the National Archives of Iceland.
