Calculation model

A calculation model has been developed to estimate building costs for a specific time period. All key building information and assumptions are entered into the model, including all major construction materials. Once the building has been analyzed in the model, it provides results as a cost figure. This cost figure indicates the projected cost to operate the building over a specified number of years. The annual cost gives the building owner a very clear picture of operating expenses and exactly where those costs occur.
