A few rules apply to the courts

Rules for Árbæjarlaug Pool and Laugardalslaug Pool

Árbæjarlaug has two beach volleyball courts. Laugardalslaug Pool has two beach volleyball courts.

• You pay for accessing the court in the same manner you pay for entering the pool.
• The maximum booking is 2 hours at a time.
• You must cancel the reservation if you will not be using the court.
• You cannot wear shoes in the pool area. If needed, you can get blue plastic covers at the front desk.
• Players bring their own ball.
• At the end of the game, you must level the court with the provided sand leveling tool.
• To minimize sand in showers and dressing rooms after play, players should rinse off feet their feet using the hydrant at the edge of the pool.

Rules in Gufunes

• You can book one court at a time. For multiple courts, make separate bookings.
• If you cancel your reservation, please let us know so we can delete the booking and others can use the court.
• Volleyballs are available to borrow during operating hours.
