School boards of secondary schools
According to Article 6 of the Upper Secondary Education Act, No. 80/1996, the Minister of Education appoints school boards for secondary schools for a four-year term.
According to Article 6 of the Upper Secondary Education Act, No. 80/1996, the Minister of Education appoints school boards for secondary schools for a four-year term. The school board consists of five individuals, two appointed based on municipal council nomination and three without nomination. Alternates are appointed in the same manner. There are two observers with the right to speak and make proposals, one nominated by the school's teachers and the other by the school's student association. The headmaster attends school board meetings with the right to speak and make proposals.
