The Recreational Park

The field at Gufunesbær now features an enjoyable outdoor recreation area for families and children. The Adventure Hill has tunnels running through it with four entrances. A platform sits atop the hill, accessible by climbing a rope.

The playground castle is a giant adventure world of its own. The water play equipment allows splashing with water and sand, as well as wading in ponds. 

A small turf house for the youngest children is also on site. The area includes a bouncy pillow, petanque court, disc golf course, orienteering course and beach volleyball. Finally, there's a grill shelter with three charcoal grills. The park is a family-friendly outdoor recreation area.

Disc golf course

Gufunes has an 18-hole disc golf course open to all at no cost.

 

A six-hole round is ideal for beginners and takes about an hour for a group to complete.

 

Disc golf is a simple and fun game suitable for all age groups.

Orienteering course

Gufunes has an orienteering course.

 

Orienteering is a challenging cross-country run with navigation and environmental reading as key elements.

 

The course has 20 stations marked on a special orienteering map.
