Stakeholder Presentation
At the Planning Officer's administrative meeting on June 1, 2023, a proposal was presented for a permit for previous changes, including a storage area for apartment 0201 in the attic space and removal of a chimney. The proposal also seeks permission to renovate and expand the balcony of apartment 0201, build new concrete balconies, outdoor storage, and stairs down to the terrace in the private area of apartment 0101 on the east side of the multi-family residence at Sjafnargata 10, according to plans by Marimo Architects dated. May 04, 2023.
According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:
Property owners at Sjafnargata 8 and 12 and Fjölnisvegur 7, 9, 11 and 13.
Tenants of properties on the above-mentioned lots are also considered stakeholders. Property owners should inform tenants about the proposal.

The presentation begins June 20, 2023. Submit comments on the proposal in writing to the Planning Officer or to skipulag@reykjavik.is by July 18, 2023.

After the announcement period, documents are kept for 30 years before transfer to the National Archives of Iceland under Act No. 77/2014 on Public Archives.
