Hlíðargerði 6

At the Planning Officer's administrative meeting on March 23, 2023, a proposal was submitted to build a light timber structure, a sunroom, on top of the wooden deck east of the house at Hlíðargerði 6, according to the site plan by Zeppelin Architects dated. February 24, 2023.

According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:

Property owners at Hlíðargerði 4 and 8 and Melgerði 9, 11 and 13 should note that tenants of these properties are also considered stakeholders. Property owners must present the proposal to their tenants.

The presentation begins April 17, 2023. Submit comments on the proposal in writing to the Planning Officer or to skipulag@reykjavik.is by May 17, 2023.

The Department of Environment & Planning uses personal data provided in planning comments, such as ID numbers, names, and email addresses, to process comments and identify residents. After the announcement period, documents are kept for 30 years before transfer to the National Archives of Iceland under Act No. 77/2014 on Public Archives.
