The Municipal Service Centers in Reykjavík are open. Guests are however asked to call or email, rather than to visit in person.

The Municipal Service Centers in Reykjavík are open. However, due to the restrictions on gatherings, traffic through our service desks needs to be limited as much as possible. Customers are therefor kindly advised to use telephone calls and e-mails to book interviews or to announce their arrival, rather than to arrive in person to the centers. 

Customers are also reminded that all of the city's service centers have mailboxes, where completed forms can be turned in. 

The Service Centre for Árbær and Grafarholt is temporarily closed. You can make an appointment and book an interview with a consultant by phone or e-mail.
