Varied events at the Botanic Garden
The Reykjavík Botanic Garden's 2026 events calendar is here with something for everyone. The lineup spans all age groups, from family-friendly art workshops, birdwatching, and biodiversity scavenger hunts to guided walks exploring plants, food, taste, history, biota, and plant wisdom.
This summer also brings weekly lunchtime walks in both Icelandic and English, touching on a wide range of topics — from the area's natural history to horticulture and ecology. The events brochure is available at the Reykjavík Botanic Garden's display greenhouse.
All events at the Botanic Garden are free of charge.
