About Kjartan
Kjartan Bjarni Björgvinsson is a District Judge at the District Court of Reykjavík. Kjartan has a Master's degree in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has, among other things, worked as Deputy Ombudsman of Alþingi, Chairman of a Parliamentary Inquiry Committee, and as a lecturer at the faculty of law of Reykjavík University.
