Home-based rehabilitation

Through home-based rehabilitation, people receive training and counseling to suit their needs. The rehabilitation is largely carried out at the users’ home or in their local environment. It is for people who have applied for social home care or residential care when the assessment shows that the rehabilitation will likely be successful.
